  • Late payments may incur interest charges or result in the suspension or termination of your Services.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Sat4k, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services or Site.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

  • Any content obtained from the Services.

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from the use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Sat4k for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination of Services We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site or Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your relationship with Sat4k at any time, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in any specific service agreement (SLA, MSA, or SOW) you have with us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them, their subject matter, or their formation (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of [Your Jurisdiction] without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
